Join Dancing United, a Phoenix-based nonprofit organization and female-owned small business*, in the launch of a series of Ballroom Dance workshops designed to improve your skills in all styles of Ballroom dance.
Never tried to partner dance before? Don't worry! These workshops will help you get the best foundation for all - yes, ALL - dances! You may even learn some new dance steps unexpectedly... come and give it a try, you may just surprise yourself!
11:00 am - Welcome (great time to get yourself a drink from the bar if you’d like!)
11:30 am - Workshop Begins
1:00 pm - Social Dance Practice
1:30 pm - DU Workshop ends; but please stay and enjoy all that The Duce has to offer, especially the delicious food and drinks!!
ALL HUMANS WELCOME (youth must dance together in the youth section or with a guardian) // The Duce is a wheelchair-friendly venue
*Dancing United LLC and Dancing United Foundation, Inc. are two separate entities with a common goal of empowering communities through ballroom dance.
Dancing United LLC is organizing Ballroom Sunday at The Duce; while raising funds and awareness for Dancing United Foundations, Inc.'s mission and vision.
Tickets are not tax-deductible donations; however, any separate donations made to Dancing United Foundation, Inc. are.
