💪 Ballroom Bootcamp: Cardio Dance Fitness!
And you are invited to the first one FREE!🎉
With a focus on improved Cardiovascular health, this class will hit those legs and core hard, while helping you gain great balance, endurance, mobility, and more! All while having fun dancing to great music 💃🥳🕺
Like we said earlier, this first class is free. We ask for your help to make an awesome class for all to enjoy!
All it will cost you is your feedback.
