Hello Company (aka anyone who bought a ticket). Back at our home, Martha Graham. Back with the queen, Rosalia. Back with Miss Angela, deciding if she will be tapping on your shoulder at zee barre or not. The Company shall dive into the new La Perla piece. Come tell the story of these perfect lyrics such as: “minefield of my senstivity” “star of senselessness” “podium of disappointment” & a favorite: “gold medal in being a motherfcker”. Miss Angela wants you all to be stretched before she walks in the room, as you know. Much to explore. And wear ur pearly looks. Or don’t! Wear whatever Rosalina and ballet inspires in you.

The aesthetics of a ballet class, the leg warmers the classical music, but not the intimidating perfection seriousness that usually comes with the territory. Maybe you wanted to be a pro. Or you almost were a pro but “your ankles weren’t right” or something or you stopped taking classes when you were 16 because you were comparing yourself too much and it made you think about your body in a way that wasn’t fun…but you like ballet and the idea of it kind of or at least just the outfits come to BALLETCORE™!!

Balletcore™ classes are designed for adults 21 years of age and older. All ticket-holders must be at least 21 years old.
Full studio details will be emailed to ticket-holders. Roll call will be taken in class.
