About this Event
This mixed ability ballet class is created for adults who wish to explore the joy of classical ballet in a fun and relaxed setting. The pace of this class is steady with lots of time to explore the exercises through repetition, exploration and progressive options.
Our class will be set to songs from the shows! I teach using a mixture of instrumental tracks (with beats which are easy to follow along) and orchestral arrangements (to bring a little wow-factor!) to help you to let out your inner broadway star!
For more intermediate students, this class will allow you to develop depth and understanding of your technique, physicality and artistry. The pace is progressive but still allows time to explore the foundational classical exercises through repetition and exploration.
