Paradise Physie & Dance is thrilled to kick off our 2026 season with a specialist ballet technique workshop, delivered by the highly respected Vanessa Lee Academy Dance School.
This exclusive workshop is designed to support and elevate Physie dancers by strengthening the foundations that matter most — posture, turnout, core strength, flexibility, musicality and classical technique.
Ballet training is widely recognised as one of the most powerful tools for enhancing Physie performance, helping dancers improve control, lines, balance and overall stage presence. This workshop is a wonderful opportunity for our dancers — and dancers from the wider community — to refine technique and start the season strong.
