About the Ballet Workshop
This workshop is for people who have had at least a few Ballet classes before and some foundational knowledge, as well as for those who have a more extensive background in Ballet - All will be challenged!
Whether you're returning to ballet or seeking to build on your current skills, this workshop provides a supportive environment to grow, connect, and dance with confidence.
You may wear soft ballet shoes, socks, or barefeet.
You do not need to wear leotard and tights, though you are welcome to. Please wear comfortable clothing for movement, such as exercise attire, no street clothes
Class Fees & Registration Information
$25 Single Class Fee
PLEASE NOTE: Class registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes missed classes.
Dancers under 18-years-old will need permission from a parent and complete a waiver to participate.
Register online to save your spot — limited capacity! Please note that online registration includes processing fees.

Meet Meghan McGuire
Meghan McGuire began her formal ballet training at the Boston Ballet. She then went on to attend the University of North Carolina School of the Arts and was a ballet major in their high school program. Upon graduating high school, she was accepted into the Indianapolis University Jacobs School of Music program as a Ballet major where she got to train with Violette Verdy. Meghan finished her undergrad degree at IU and then had the great privilege of being professor Iris Rosa’s associate instructor for five years while she was in grad school at IU for mental health counseling. Meghan had additional ballet training at many summer programs, including the Nutmeg Conservatory, the Kirov Academy, the UNCSA summer program and at Boston Ballet. Meghan has been a faculty member at the Indianapolis School of Ballet for the past 12 years teaching ballet and pointe and also teaches company class for the Indianapolis Ballet.
