Ballet Taos continues a Taos Holiday Tradition! Join us this December for our 7th annual full length Nutcracker production entitled 'A Retro Nutcracker', a classical ballet with a far-out 1950's twist! ELVIS has ENTERED the building! Our whimsical interpretation of the beloved classic boasts sensational sets, elaborate costumes, and all your favorite characters dancing to the magic of Tchaikovsky's timeless score. Our youth cast of over 30 local dancers join 10 professional guest artists gracing the stage of the Taos Community Auditorium for four shows, December 20 - 22. Make memories with us this holiday season and enjoy a performance certain to entertain the whole family.
For Matinee performances, doors open an hour early for Holiday festivities. Ballet Taos will be joined by Koko's Café and Tea.O.Graphy for a Sugar Plum Tea Party. Meet the Sugar Plum Fairy and pose for a candid polaroid with Santa Clause, Clara, or our Sugar Plum Fairy, or ALL OF THE ABOVE. Create everlasting memories with Ballet Taos this Holiday Season!
