Ballet Fit is a ballet-inspired workout designed to improve posture, flexibility, balance and strength.
We work in the centre and on the mat, combining classical ballet moves with carefully selected Pilates and yoga exercises for a full-body workout that will leave you feeling strong, stretched and relaxed.
This is a low impact class that can be skilled up or down to make it suitable for all fitness levels.
You do not need prior dance experience to enjoy this class. The choreography is simple but effective, set to beautiful classical music, and designed to leave you feeling physically and mentally uplifted and rejuvenated.
