The new Ballet 1 session starts on February 2ndThis is a beginning Classical Ballet class, taught with classical terminology, in the traditional class format. Perfect for those who have never taken Ballet before or have been away from Ballet for several years. Focus is on beginning technique, Barre work & Center Floor. Build core strength, flexibility & grace.
