Alicia will lead this easy-paced and social BEGINNER trail runner. It will be approximately 90 minutes in length. As this is a beginner level trail run, we’ll be hiking and jogging (up to 8 minutes continously).
It will be a relaxed and social morning. The terrain will include forest trails, board walk and mucky grassy trails.
Kit:
- Trail runners
- Coat, hat and gloves
- Pack with food and water
She Summits' Policies: Trail runners, coats, hats and gloves are required on all events.
