You'll need a stick, helmet, gloves, shin pads, jock/jill, shorts, t-shirt (1xlight&1xdark), trainers and a water bottle
Please make sure to register with Ball Hockey UK before attending. New players can fill out a BHUK 6week free trial. Registration is our insurance to cover all players.
