Join us as we indulge in the art of Balkan dining! Our executive chef Senada Grbic and our wine & spirits team have curated together a delectable 4-course dinner pairing. It features classic Balkan dishes with an elevated contemporary twist. Each course has been carefully paired with our finest selection of imported Balkan wine or rakija.

Balkan Bread Board: fried ustipci + whipped feta butter + ajvar

Pairing: Viljamovka Rakija

Sirnica: hand pulled phyllo dough + imported cheese filling

Pairing: Peljesac Vino

Grbic Salad: diced tomatoes + cucumbers + onions + feta cheese + house vinaigrette

Pairing: Grasevina Vino

Valdostana: a Grbic specialty, buttered speatzle + thinly sliced beef + white wine mushroom sauce + mozzarella cheese

Pairing: Postup Vino

Grbic's Apple Strudel: locally sourced apples + cinnamon & sugar + wrapped in a light pastry + dusted with powdered sugar
