� Bali Wellness Retreat – March (Ubud) �Hi everyone �
I wanted to share an upcoming Bali wellness retreat I’m co-hosting this March for anyone craving a pause, reset, and intentional time away.
We’ll be based in Ubud, surrounded by jungle and rice fields, with days centered around:
• gentle movement & yoga
• journaling + reflection
• three included massages
• nourishing food
• cultural experiences (water temple, ridge hike, Monkey Forest)
• plenty of rest, connection, and unstructured time
This retreat was intentionally built for helping professionals — therapists, coaches, healthcare providers, educators, and caregivers — who spend their days holding space for others and rarely get to fully exhale themselves.
The retreat is led by a licensed therapist and a registered dietitian & fitness professional, blending emotional, physical, and nervous-system support in a grounded, accessible way (no intense schedules or advanced yoga required).
For those in the U.S., this may qualify as a professional retreat and potential tax write-off depending on your situation — always check with your accountant.
