Welcome to this semester's courses in Balboa! Join us and learn an authentic partnered swing dance that is danced all around the globe!Haven't danced before? No worries! For the beginners level no prior experience is necessary – just bring your enthusiasm and a desire to shuffle to the rhythm. You can come by yourself or with others, and we will rotate partners frequently during the class. Balboa is primarily a social dance, so it is a great way to get to know others and to learn something new together.
For those who have danced before, we will be going more in depth into the Balboa fundamentals, which is important for everyone to repeat now and then. So don't hesitate with joining even if you are an experienced shuffler!
When: Mondays 20:00 - 21:30
Where: SIT Gløshaugen Hall 3
Note: The first two courses (26.08 and 2.09) are part of the NTNUI Dans Trial Weeks, and are therefore free to join. After this, membership to SIT and NTNUI Dans are required to attend the classes. No registration is needed for the trial weeks.
