Many of us have feelings of guilt about taking time for ourselves and our own needs but emptying your cup leaves you drained and that can make you resentful leading to stress and illness.
Self care does not necessarily mean time by yourself but it DOES mean taking time to rest, calm your mind, be active without stressful thoughts, being with people you enjoy without needing to worry about them.
This will be your time to relax & listen to what your body needs. All activities are optional, do as much or as little as you want.
