In this class, you’ll delve into the unique gestures associated with each astrological sign.
About this Event

Join our gentle eurythmy class and explore the vibrant interplay of movement and color inspired by the zodiac signs. In this class, you’ll delve into the unique gestures associated with each astrological sign, as described by Rudolf Steiner as "movement which carries soul forces." No prior dance experience is necessary—just an openness to engage with your whole being. As New England embraces the darkest season, our Balancing Movement and the Zodiac class offers a nurturing experience to cultivate consciousness, creativity, and flow, helping you stay balanced, expressive, and connected through the winter months.

What is Eurythmy?

Developed by Rudolf Steiner, eurythmy is a form of expressive movement that combines elements of dance, rhythm, and speech/sound and is taught throughout the Waldorf schools. It can be done by people of all ages.
