Perhaps you need an energy realignment and juice cleanse to get things kickstarted. Think of realigning your chakras just like you would realign the tires on your car.
Theresa will guide you through a chakra flow yoga practice to get the energy centers of the body flowing and spinning as they should. Chef Petrina has created a special juice shooter to accompany each energy center. This practice will leave you feeling energized, aligned and ready to tackle your intentions in 2025.
This class will include your hour of yoga and 7 2oz juice shooters.
