About this Event

What to Expect:

This workshop combines the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with modern mind-body practices to strengthen your relationship between mind and body and let go of the stuck energy that weighs you down.

Part 1: Inner Alignment Through Ayurveda

  • Discover your dosha type (Vata, Pitta, or Kapha — your mind-body blueprint!)
  • Explore how your constitution influences mood, energy, and digestion
  • Learn nutrition tips & sip personalized teas that help to balance your doshas
  • Walk away with practical tools to bring your body back into balance

Part 2: Mind-Body Connection

  • Drop into a guided mindfulness and body-scan meditation to reconnect with your body
  • Explore how past experiences can become “stuck” in the body in a group healing circle
  • Connect with others in a safe, uplifting community—and leave feeling grounded, supported, and more you than you’ve felt in a long time.

Why Join?

  • Combine ancient healing + modern science in a single, soul-nourishing afternoon
  • Gain personalized Ayurvedic insights you can use every day
  • Release stress and emotions that feel “stuck” in your body
  • Connect with a supportive community and leave feeling more connected and grounded
  • Leave with a little Krievdea take-home surprise — our token of appreciation
