Stephanie is a passionate advocate for holistic health who bridges structure and compassion. With a background in consulting and a focus on somatic healing, she aims to help others reconnect with themselves through mind-body practices.
Kanisha Wilson, M.S. LPC — Guest Speaker
Kanisha is a licensed mental health therapist, trained in EMDR and Psychodrama with a specialization in trauma and relational healing. With warmth, expertise, and clinical insight, Kanisha helps participants explore how past experiences can be gently released to create more freedom in the present.
