Grab your mat and join us for the second installment of our five class summer yoga series, balance.

Balance is only possible, if you are willing to welcome it freely. It forces you to find comfort is uncomfortable moments and slow down when everything around you is picking up speed. Join us this Sunday, June 23rd as we explore the ways yoga promotes balance through the phyiscal and mental practice.

Each class you can expect a different theme to help unlock your abundance within. Classes are for all levels and ages.

cp:yoga @cpyoga.fitness - founded by Caren Plummer, a 200hr RYT, DC native and community builder, teaching in the DC area for 9+ years, is inspired by bringing communities of people together to help them tap into the healing power of movement.
