About this Event

Balancing the divine masculine and feminine energies via the elements - Fire Element.

We will start off with an elemental Meditation / Connecting with all our elements and senses, followed by an uplifting (Alternate Nostril breathing) Nadi Shodhana Pranayama. Then we transition slowly to waking up the body with elements of Qi-Gong stretches + moving on to beginning our Yoga Practice.

Blending two styles of Yoga (Yang to Yin) into one practice – starting off with a dynamic, igniting the strength and power of flowing YANG where we activate the fire and heat in the body to flow synchronizing the breathe with movement via each inhale and exhale.

Transitioning to the second half of the practice where we invite (YIN), connecting deeper with our fascia and connective tissues focusing on stretching the hips, spine and pelvic floor. This Involves holding the asanas (poses) for up to two minutes as we dive internally within to experience a more restorative practice towards the end.

The creatively designed Yoga Sequence ignites the Fire energy (masculine) and then allows you to calm and cool down connecting you with Water energy Yin (feminine) energy of your flow. At the end of the practice you will feel more balanced within both your energies.

You will connect and understand more about the five elements and how to incorporate them into your practice.
