About this Event
Do you ever feel dizzy, lightheaded, or unsteady? These common symptoms aren’t just random—they are often connected to how your spine, nervous system, and balance system work together. Led by an advanced NUCCA upper cervical chiropractor, this class is designed for anyone curious about natural, non-invasive ways to support dizziness-like symptoms and improve quality of life.
What dizziness/vertigo actually is: Explain the difference between lightheadedness, unsteadiness, and true spinning vertigo.
Why it happens: Overview of causes and contributing factors—inner ear issues, vestibular issue, neck/spine problems, cognitive issue, nervous system dysfunction.
How the nervous system is involved: Discover how the brain, inner ear, eyes, and spine work together to control balance - and what happens when that communication is disrupted.
How the upper cervical spine (neck) can influence : Learn how upper cervical(between head and neck) misalignment complex can affect your balance, brain and nerve functions, and symptoms like spinning, unsteadiness, and imbalance.
Perfect for: Those experiencing dizziness, vertigo, or imbalance, or anyone interested in learning how spinal health affects the nervous system and looking for natural and non-invasive approaches.
