With an impressive span of over 15 years, Kate Hamm has amassed a wealth of knowledge and expertise in movement and wellness. She is a yoga instructor, CraneOutdoors guide, and corporate wellness presenter. Previously, she ran a hiking wellness retreat in Southern California.
Weather cancellation policy: The event will take place rain or shine with the following exceptions: If there is a high confidence that thunder and lightning will be present, we may cancel the event up to one hour in advance. If the forecast is for steady and heavy rain all day or calls for excessive winds, we may decide to cancel by 5pm on the day before the event. If either of these happens, you will be notified by email with as much notice as possible and issued a full refund.
The starting location and other relevant details for wellness retreat will be emailed to registrants before the event at the address provided upon registration. Please note that registration for this event closes 16 hours prior to the start time and we cannot accommodate walk-ins or on-site sales.
