Join Lexi, a 500-hour yoga teacher with a specialization in chakra studies, for a transformative workshop focused on balancing the Root Chakra during the Fall season. This workshop integrates yoga, pranayama, and meditation to help you achieve stability and grounding as we embrace the changes Autumn brings.
Workshop Highlights:
- Introduction & Overview: Understand the significance of chakras and how they influence our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Learn about the seven main chakras, with a special focus on the Root Chakra.
- Seasonal Insights: Discover how the Fall season affects our energy, mood, and overall well-being. Explore the connection between Fall’s qualities—contraction, release, and transformation—and the Root Chakra's themes of stability and grounding.
- Grounding Practices: Engage in grounding meditations and deep breathing exercises to connect with the Earth and cultivate a sense of stability.
- Asana Practice: Flow through a carefully curated sequence of poses designed to warm up the body, build heat, and then cool down, incorporating poses that enhance balance, strength, and flexibility.
- Pranayama & Meditation: Practice Alternate Nostril Breathing (ANB) to balance the breath and calm the mind, followed by a guided meditation focusing on each chakra with seasonal imagery.
