Exercise class focused on promoting health and wellness, decreasing risk of falls, and improving overall balance and strength. Each class incorporates static and dynamic balance exercises as well as functional strengthening with balance education and review of fall-prevention strategies. Classes are led by a physical therapist from the NeuroRehab and Balance Center who specializes in treating balance disorders. Registration required to participate. To register, please call (937) 401-6109. Walk-ins are not accepted.
Cost: $15 per person, per class
