11:00 – 12:30 PM | Free Balance Assessments
Meet with trained staff for a one-on-one assessment to help identify areas to strengthen your balance and stability.
12:30 – 1:30 PM | Stability Workshop presented by Ivy Rehab
Learn exercises and strategies to improve stability, strength, and coordination. Build confidence in your movement and reduce fall risk.
