Join us on March 8th from 12-5 PM at Manhattan Village for Balance & Bloom Women’s Wellness Day a rejuvenating celebration of mind body and self-care in honor of International Women’s Day.
This empowering event blends movement wellness and beauty offering a space to recharge connect and indulge in self-care. All classes have limited space and guests must sign up for each individually. We also have tickets available for just the pop-ups and activations. All guests that wear pink will be entered to win a fabulous gift basket.
Workout Schedule:
12:30 PM – The Power Pose Yoga Flow – Move with grace and strength in this chic confidence-boosting yoga session designed to ground center and energize the modern woman. By: Beach Cities Health District
2:00 PM – Coreology Signature Sculpt – Sculpt tone and walk like you own the room in this high-energy full-body workout designed to elevate your posture poise and personal power. By: Kirsty Shapiro
3:30 PM – Bünda Glutecamp – Unlock the secret to a perfectly sculpted booty with this Brazilian-inspired lower body workout. Get ready to feel the burn!
4:30 PM – Coreodance – Step into the spotlight and serve main-character energy in this choreographed dance session with a former professional NBA Dancer! By: Caitlin Moyer
