With all there is to love about handstands, they can still sometimes seem daunting and unachievable.The practice of the Handstand Pose (Adho Mukha Vrkasana) requires a strong foundation of the arms and shoulders, awareness of breath, core muscle strength, and mitigating the fear of falling.
The basics of good handstand technique and alignment will be broken down in this workshop, including wrist warm-ups, wall work, planks, conditioning, core engagement, and stretching.
