Join us for a dynamic one-hour workshop designed to empower participants with essential skills and strategies for preventing loss of balance and falls.

This is Part 1 of a 3 Part Series, the others are to take place on December 3, 2025. You are welcome to join us for all or any 1 portion of the series.
This is a FREE event for ALL members of the community! You do not need to be a Senior Center Member to attend.
We ask that you please contact us or sign up at the Senior Center at the Activity Table to register so we can be sure to have plenty of seating and handouts prepared for the event.
