CANCELLATION POLICY:
? Once you reserved your slot, it is considered SOLD
? Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE but TRANSFERABLE to new participants valid only for this trip if transfer is requested within 3-days before the travel date;
? Cancellation of your slot should be advised on or before JUNE 30 (Friday);
? Refunds will be granted if replacement is found for their reserved slot.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:

■ To secure your slots, at least 50% must be settled on or before JUNE 30 (Friday);
■ REPLACEMENTS are allowed.
