Led by Pam Hardiman.Bake a quick focaccia, topped with flaked sea salt and fresh rosemary, plus grapes (Fr David’s favorite) or roasted red peppers. We will also learn how to stretch out the process at home to build flavor. While our focaccia is rising, we will bake an easy and incredibly tasty baklava (again inspired by Fr David!).
