Two naturally gluten-free treats in one class! Brazilian Cheese Buns are a lovely, puffy, cheesy delight - perfect for mini sandwiches the next day if you don’t gobble them all up the first day. The recipe uses tapioca starch and is naturally gluten free for those who need to avoid gluten. The popular German Lebkucken cookie is also naturally gluten free. This recipe uses ground nuts - almonds and hazelnuts. The ones you make will be so good! If you freeze them, they will last until Christmas, the traditional season of cookies.
