Meet Noel, a third-generation Baker/Patissier from Belgium with over 40 years of experience. Noel's journey began in his family's bakery in Belgium and has taken him around the globe. From managing bakeries in New Zealand to playing a pivotal role in product development for Guylian Belgian Chocolate cafes across the UAE, Australia, Korea, and Shanghai, Noel's craftsmanship has delighted taste buds worldwide. Noel now dedicates himself to nurturing the next generation of bakers at Toi-Ohomai in Tauranga
