Students will learn how to make homemade focaccia bread and create their own masterpieces with a variety of toppings such as herbs, vegetables, seeds, and more. Each student will prepare a batch of focaccia dough to take home and bake, while also designing a chef-prepared focaccia flatbread to bake and enjoy during the class. During breaks, students can relax, socialize, and snack on a chef-prepared charcuterie platter.
