Day 2: Decorating
You’ll master how to fill, stack, assemble, and frost a cake
Expert tips and tricks to create a smooth, beautiful buttercream finish
We’ll take it up a notch and learn perfect stripes and an easy drip technique
Learn the basics of piping to create your own custom design.
I will personally will guide you through the process from start to finish. Plus, you’ll get the chance to take home the beautiful cake that you make! All tools, equipment, and ingredients will be provided. Just bring your enthusiasm and creativity. Recommended for ages 16 & up. You must be present both days. Class size limited. Please note you may be paired with another attendee when using kitchen equipment.
In this class you'll make a 4-inch vanilla cake with buttercream. Each cake serves up to 8 people and can be stored in the refrigerator for one week after assembled or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
