Refund & Rescheduling PolicyAll payments made to Rachel Otto Photography are non-refundable, regardless of circumstance. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations, no-shows, schedule conflicts, dissatisfaction with artistic style, weather conditions, or any other personal reason. The Client understands that once a session is booked and payment is made, that time is reserved exclusively for them and cannot be resold to another client.If the Client chooses to cancel or reschedule for any reason, the payment will not be refunded or transferred to another date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Photographer. Weather-related concerns will be addressed solely at the Photographer’s discretion, and alternate indoor or rescheduled sessions may be offered—but refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.By booking with Rachel Otto Photography, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and understands that payment confirms full acceptance of this refund policy.Rachel Otto Photography — Legal Notices & Warnings1. Copyright NoticeAll images captured and created by Rachel Otto Photography are protected under U.S. copyright law (Title 17, U.S. Code). Unauthorized use, editing, reproduction, or distribution of any image without written permission is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in legal action and financial penalties for damages, including attorney’s fees.2. Non-Refundable PolicyAll retainers, deposits, and payments are non-refundable under any circumstance. Booking and payment confirm your understanding and acceptance of this policy. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with style, weather conditions, lateness, or personal preference.3. Defamation & Public StatementsAny false, misleading, or defamatory statements made against Rachel Otto Photography, whether online or offline, will be documented and may result in legal action for damages, loss of income, and defamation of character. This includes social media posts, reviews, or comments that contain false claims or misleading information.4. Image Use & EditingClients may not alter, filter, crop, or re-edit images delivered by Rachel Otto Photography. Doing so violates copyright law and professional use terms. If edits are desired, the Client must request written permission or editing services directly from the Photographer.5. Harassment & CommunicationAny form of harassment, threats, or unprofessional behavior directed toward Rachel Otto Photography, its staff, or affiliates will result in termination of all business relationships and may be reported to local authorities.6. Legal EnforcementRachel Otto Photography reserves the right to pursue legal action for breach of contract, defamation, harassment, or copyright infringement. By hiring, booking, or communicating with Rachel Otto Photography, all clients agree to these terms and acknowledge full understanding of their legal responsibility.
