Join us for a fun Cane Corso Meetup® Turkey Trot through beautiful Hart Park! We are once again joining AKC in their virtual Turkey Trot. Join us as we earn points towards your Fit Dog title, socialize your Corso, and get to know your local community!
Hart Park in Bakersfield, CA, is a large, scenic park located along the Kern River, offering trails, picnic areas, and ponds. It’s popular for outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, and bird-watching, making it a fantastic spot for community gatherings and nature walks. With both shaded and open areas, Hart Park provides a relaxing environment and is ideal for dog-friendly events.
Reminders:
• No leash greetings allowed without the owner’s direct permission.
• No nose-to-nose greetings
• No dogs in heat!
• No retractable leashes!!
• No puppy sales or kennel promotions allowed
Please bring:
• Collapsible water bowl for your dog
• Ice water for you and your dog
• Dog treats
• Poop bags (we recommend -> https://byndgrn.com/pages/100-beyondgreen-dog-waste-bags)
• Sunscreen
• Slip lead or prong collar if your dog needs
