Under the expert guidance of Chef Cora Moon, a renowned pastry chef and third-generation caterer, you’ll learn to create delicious no-knead bread in a variety of flavors. Whether you prefer it healthful with whole wheat, indulgent with roasted garlic and rosemary, or sweet with cinnamon and sugar, these loaves will be your new go-to. And it doesn’t stop there—we’ll whip up delightful flavored butters, including herb butter, citrus butter, and miso butter, to complement your freshly baked bread.
