Celebrate the Season of Giving, One Sweet Bite at a Time
This holiday season, Sysco To Go invites you to join us for our first-ever Bake It Forward Tasting Affair, a community celebration that combines the joy of baking with the spirit of giving.
The event brings together local bakers, culinary enthusiasts, Sysco associates, and nonprofit organizations for a day filled with delicious treats, friendly competition, and heartfelt generosity. With every bite, you’ll help raise funds for charities that make a difference right here in our community. Whether you’re a professional baker, a home baker, or a sweet-tooth supporter, this is your chance to make the holidays a little brighter for those in need.
Bake It Forward Tasting
The heart of the event! Each baker will partner with a local nonprofit to craft a signature sweet bite inspired by their organization’s mission. Guests can purchase a tasting wristband to sample every dessert and cast their vote for their favorite creation.
Your tasting experience also includes complimentary mimosa and access to a charcuterie grazing table, the perfect pairing to enjoy while you indulge and mingle.
All proceeds from tasting wristbands will be shared among four Houston-area nonprofits making a positive impact in our community. At the end of the event, the baker who receives the most combined votes will unlock an additional donation to benefit their chosen nonprofit partner.
It’s a friendly, feel-good competition that’s all about baking for good and giving back!
