- September 8 Sourdough 101 -- Everything to get you started with baking sourdough breads including starter maintenance, best flours to use, how to ferment, shape, proof and bake sourdough bread.
- September 22 Pretzels! -- Join in the Oktoberfest fun and learn all the basics of mixing, shaping, proofing and baking pretzels and pretzel buns.
- October 13 Sourdough 101 -- Everything to get you started with baking sourdough breads including starter maintenance, best flours to use, how to ferment, shape, proof and bake sourdough bread.
- October 27 Laminated Pastries -- Learn how to make the dough and fold in the butter to make flaky puff pastry and croissants.
- November 10 Advanced Sourdough -- For experienced sourdough bakers, we will explore some of the variables between the many different ways of making sourdough bread and how they are interconnected. We will make a wholegrain sourdough bread and explore how time, temperature and sourdough starter ratios affect the flavor of sourdough breads.
- November 24 Specialty and Decorative Breads for Holiday Feasts -- Learn to make some show stopping and delicious breads that can be the centerpieces for all your upcoming holiday meals and parties. We will make both sourdough and yeasted breads, pull apart rolls and decorated breads.
- December 8 Gingerbread -- We will make three kinds of gingerbreads, a traditional cutout cookie, an ultra-thin Swedish Pepparkaka and a French pain d’epice loaf.
- December 15 Kids Holiday Cookie Class -- Cutting out and then decorating gingerbread and sugar cookies.
