About this Event
A unique concept for a wellbeing day, quite different to anything you might have been to before.
You will learn to bake real bread with the multi award winning Room Forty bakers. Then do a little gentle yoga with Jane from @formbyyoga, try a little meditation, eat lunch togther and finally enjoy a little pamper too so you go home nourished from the inside out, and back again!
It is everything I would want from a day to myself and it is all in the one venue, so no rushing around.
All activities will be inclusive and suitable for beginners to yoga, and to baking!
The day begins with friendly introductions, a cuppa and a sweet treat before we get started on some bread baking with Jen from Room Forty. While our loaf is proving we will enjoy a mindful meditation before more bread making activity. Each session has a different bread, so you can come more than once!
Bake and Balance is back and there's more included!
As usual the class will run from 9.30am -3.30 pm and the programme looks a bit like this but may vary a little.
- Arrival and drink with some yoghurt, fruit and homemade granola
- Learn to bake bread (Summer: Pizza Autumn: Focaccia)
- Wellbeing session 1 - Gentle yoga and meditation 1 hour
- Learn to bake bread part 2
- Wellbeing session 2 - Mindful movement outdoor walk 45 mins
- Learn to bake bread part 3 and LUNCH
- Wellbeing session 3 Gentle yoga practice suitable for beginners
- Wellbeing session 4 Glow to go, a free optional mini facial with Tropic so you leave looking as good as you feel!
Tickets for this unique event are very limited. Exchange £75 for the full day.
