A steady Saturday morning class for All levels. All ages welcome- there is something for all in this class. Held in the quaint rooms to the rear of the Bailgate methodist Church, you can join the class early on Saturday to start your weekend right! Mats Blocks and Straps are provided for free but if you have your own please bring them. The cost is just £8 a class for the hour, loyalty cards are available, so after 5 classes your 6th class is free! Students with a valid student card receive a discount (£6 for the class). Booking is essential for each class as spaces are limited, any questions please just ask! :-)Cash and Card both accepted
