The Baileyton Brawl;Competitive group ride workout. This ride starts at Reedy Creek Bicycles at 530pm or from the Kingsport Aquatic Center at 6pm.
Ride consist of small groups of 8-10 riding together to stay away from the following groups of riders. The slower groups will start first with 5 min between the next group of riders. This is a great ride to perfect your group ride skills. The competitive loop ends up being 28 miles a hard effort
