DO YOU WANT TO BE SEATED AS A GROUP?
If your reservation contains 2 or more tickets we will automatically reserve your group seats together. If you purchase your tickets separately and would like to sit with others, please indicate the other attendees first and last names in the “Additional Information/ORDER NOTES” field at checkout.
RESCHEDULING YOUR RESERVATION
Reservations are non-refundable but you can reschedule yourself for another night at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled class. You can request a reschedule voucher right through our website, “CLICK HERE”. We will not be able to reschedule no-shows.
Inclement Weather Policy/Cancellations: New England weather predictions can change frequently, so we generally wait until a few hours before the class to make a final decision regarding the class. In the unfortunate event we need to cancel the session due to low attendance or weather, we will email everyone a voucher to attend another session.
