This 90-minute immersive class explores the history, function, and correct use of gris-gris bags and mojo hands within the Hoodoo tradition. Participants will learn how these tools differ, how they are constructed, and why Hoodoo is a system of survival, not superstition.Facilitated by Maha Blackfeather, this class includes hands-on instruction, historical context, and cultural grounding. Participants will create one hand during class and leave with practical knowledge they can responsibly carry forward. No prior experience required. Respect for the tradition expected.
