Well, after 30 years of teaching in New York & Massachusetts- the Baer has left the building. OVER. The BAER HAS RETIRED! What's next? Hopefully working with FHSDC, substitute teaching, and playing a lot of tennis, painting all the pretty pictures, and spending tons of time with all my friends of Bill W! However, before that "pivot" is done- I want to reminisce- laugh, cry, etc. Please bring a photo or memory you have of our shared experiences of wisdom, strength, hope, basketball, theater, OEMS, Camp Northwood, Star Island- show up with a smile, a card, and a box of tissues (those are for me- bring your own damn box). I don't care where I taught you, or whether or liked me or not- show up to send your Baer Baer off into the great void of FREEDOM! And yes, there will be glitter cannons.
