About this Event
One of the core tenets of improv is saying "yes, and," — understanding your scenario and finding ways to enhance it. However, "yes, and" doesn't mean just going along with everything or everyone all the time. It's possible to build a relationships — at work, with family, with friends — without compromising your values, time, or energy.
In this 90-minute workshop, we will explore:
- How to "yes, and" while still getting what you need
- Power dynamics
- Something else
The workshop will consist of lively discussion, fun games, and demonstrative roleplay designed to give you the skills to remain in control in challenging situations. (And humor, always humor).
The workshop includes light bites and flight-sized tasting of two of Frothy Beard's creations on tap!
