Step into your power with Baddie Flow & Tarot, a 90-minute movement and mindfulness experience designed to help you realign, release, and reconnect with your inner baddie. We’ll begin with grounding breathwork and gentle stretching before moving into a beginner-friendly trap/R&B flow that boosts confidence, energy, and self-expression. The session closes with soothing meditation, a guided tarot pull, intention journaling, and an affirmation circle to elevate your spirit.
After class, enjoy a 30-minute post-session social featuring curated mocktails and an on-site henna artist offering beautiful, intentional designs. This is your space to unwind, connect, glow, and tap into community magic. Whether you’re seeking clarity, confidence, or just a vibe, this event blends movement, mysticism, and self-care into one transformative experience.
