HO! HO! HO! The Bad Santas Holiday Costume Party is back for its third year in a row, the only party made for those on the naughty list!This year’s costume contest winner will receive two tickets to The Boba Fete and of course a lump of coal 🪨. The winner will be determined by crowd cheer, so bring your friends and your best holiday mischief.
Our party will be held at Gasa Gasa this year and feature three amazing local bands: The Hunks of Coal, The Budz, and The Basch Jernigan Band.
The Hunks of Coal is a new collective of New Orleans musicians from several of your favorite bands (Hollyrock, The Quickening, New Orleans Johnnys, Bakeys Brew & more) that formed with one mission in mind: creating original New Orleans holiday music that is filthy, funny, funky, and festive. If you hate fun, dancing, and have no sense of humor, this is not the band for you. Otherwise, you’re gonna love it - so come out & get hunky!
The Budz take audiences on an all-out musical journey through space and time…NOLA style. Formed in 2014, the six-piece blends rock, funk, and blues with fearless improvisation, making every show a unique adventure.
Basch Jernigan is a singer, songwriter, and musician from Gulf Shores, Alabama and based out of New Orleans, LA. Accompanied by Tyler Self on bass and Dennis Aoun on Drums, The Basch Jernigan Band combines elements of blues, folk, and soul with a style inspired by artists such as Taj Mahal and The Wood Brothers.
