Bad B*tch - New Year's Celebration Yoga ClassJoin us at Anderson Yoga Center on Friday, Saturday, September 21 @ 6pm for our signature BAD B*TCH Yoga class, highlighting the POWER within YOU!
This Bad B*tch Yoga Class will begin with a Warm Power Yoga Flow with fun music and a empowering yoga practice, led by Jen Fortin, to bring out the strength and resilience within you. Class will end with intention setting for the upcoming year, focusing on letting go of the things that don’t serve you. No experience in yoga is necessary! This class is perfect for celebrating the change of seasons; seting an intention to step into your power in the months ahead; and bring out the BAD B*TCH in you!
