Roll up your sleeves and get ready to work with our championship BBQ instructors. You’ll work in teams to learn the art of creating award-winning craft BBQ in a fraction of the time. We’ll teach you to cook hot and fast on drum smokers, which produces exceptional results very quickly. Don't worry if you like to cook low and slow, or on a different style of smoker, our recipes and techniques work on all cooker types.
This class focuses on meat-forward minimally seasoned, butcher paper-wrapped, Texas Style BBQ. Compare meat quality between Certified Angus Beef versus American Wagyu in the head-to-head brisket battle!
